When requesting a phone number, the following language needs to be displayed in the consumer-facing UI. The language needs to be visible near where the phone number is requested. The TCPA opt-in box needs to be defaulted to uncheck. Text slider is acceptable as customers have to make a decision to slide to opt-in.
